Clinical Training & Speaking
I’m passionate about supporting the ongoing growth of clinical providers and mental health organizations to strengthen the quality of mental health care they offer. Through my clinical training, experience as a trainer in evidence-based practices, and dynamic speaking engagements, I empower providers and organizations to deliver mental health care that is that is effective, compassionate, and impactful.

Clinical Trainer and Consultant
Over the past two decades, I’ve trained and provided clinical consultation in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to more than 1,000 clinicians, helping them deliver effective, evidence-based, and personalized care to those they serve.
My consultation style is collaborative and supportive, combining warmth with a focus on clinical precision. I work alongside clinicians to help them deepen their understanding of CPT, think flexibly within the model, and feel confident in applying it to a wide range of client needs.
“Dr. Maieritsch really helped me learn how to think within the model and tailor my skills to each of my clients. She was understanding and also challenged me to become a stronger CPT therapist.”
Through individual and group consultation, I aim to create a learning environment where providers feel both encouraged and empowered to grow—ultimately enhancing the quality of trauma-focused care in their communities. I partner with organizations to design, refine, and evaluate
