Organizational Consultation 

As a clinical psychologist and consultant, I partner with organizations to strengthen their mental health programs through evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches. Leadership Development

My leadership development consultation helps leaders strengthen the people-centered skills that drive successful, sustainable organizational change. Drawing on my PROSCI change management training, I support leaders in understanding how individuals move through change, how to communicate with clarity and empathy, and how to create conditions that help teams adapt and thrive.
I work with leaders to build confidence, improve decision-making, enhance emotional intelligence, and lead in ways that promote psychological safety and a healthy organizational culture. This approach integrates evidence-based strategies with a practical, organizational lens—helping leaders guide their teams through growth, transition, and ongoing demands with steadiness and purpose.
