Therapy
As a Clinical Psychologist, I provide psychotherapy for a variety of issues and conditions, with specialized training in trauma and PTSD. Over the years I have worked with many people experiencing the impact from all types of trauma. In my practice I seek to understand the unique impact for each person I work with.
I use evidence-based treatments, which means the approaches I offer have been carefully researched and shown to be effective in helping people with specific concerns. At the same time, I know that no two people are alike. We’ll work together to understand your goals, make decisions as a team, and create a treatment plan that fits you and your life.
Below you’ll find information and resources about some of the evidence-based treatments I’m trained to provide and where I am licensed to provided care.
